Commercial Litigation: State Court, Federal Court, Arbitration, Mediation, and Appeals.

The attorneys of McKeown Law Firm enjoy a wealth of experience – and success -- in commercial litigation, and represent a diversity of clientele in this area, ranging from individuals, to closely held businesses, to publicly traded entities.  Andrew Muchoney has years of experience prosecuting cases in State and federal Court, before arbitration and mediation bodies, and on appeal.  Mr. Muchoney’s practice has also geographically encompassed all of the Counties of the Chicago Metropolitan Area -- and beyond, in his capacity acting as liaison for publicly traded entities in commercial litigation in venues throughout Illinois, and jurisdictions throughout the United States.  We can assist you in the entire spectrum of commercial litigation, from enforcing Creditor’s Rights (including preservation of claims in Bankruptcy), to complex multi-million dollar litigation in federal Court, to business disputes contemplating injunctive relief or claims for fraud.  Most recently, Andrew Muchoney successfully overturned a commercial ruling on appeal, in the case of Capital One Bank v. Joseph Czekala, Appellate Court of Illinois, Third Judicial Circuit.
