Andrew A. Muchoney |
|
Andrew Muchoney obtained his undergraduate degree in History from Northern Illinois University in 1986, having been a member of the International History Honor Society. Andrew then served two years active duty in the United States Army Tank Corps, with the First Infantry Division, 4/37 Armor Regiment, B Company. Subsequently, in December 1990, Andrew earned a Masters Degree in History from Northern Illinois University, and shortly thereafter received a Juris Doctor Degree from DePaul University College of Law, June 1993; during law school, Andrew was also promoted to the rank of Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve, after graduating from the United States Army Non-Commissioned Officer Academy in Fort Chaffee, Arkansas.
Andrew was admitted to the practice of law in Illinois in November 1993; he was subsequently admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Northern District, Illinois, both as a member of its general bar and as a member of its trial bar. Since being admitted to practice, Andrew has acted primarily as a civil litigator, specializing in commercial litigation, and in domestic relations law. In 2004, Andrew was appointed as a Special Deputy Assistant State’s Attorney in a matter pending before the United States District Court, and Mr. Muchoney has otherwise successfully pursued complex litigation in a variety of venues, including the American Arbitration Association. Andrew is currently a member of the Will County Bar Association.
Andrew finally left the United States Army Reserve in 2003, but continues to be an active member of the First Infantry Division Society, and the United States Armor Association. Andrew currently resides in Schaumburg, Illinois, with his wife, Jen, and daughter, Emma. |
