Marjorie A. Swanson

ATTORNEYS

             Marji Swanson attended Illinois State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 1996. While working towards her undergraduate degree, Marji interned with the Legal Department of the Town of Normal, Illinois and was a member of the Mock Trial Team.  Marji was also a Distinguished Scholar of the Political Science Department, receiving the highest G.P.A. in the American Politics Section. 

 

             In 2000, Marji received her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology.  Marji was a member of the Dean’s List and was accepted into the Litigation Section, clerking for the Law Offices of Chicago-Kent in the area of Employment Litigation.

 

             Ms. Swanson joined the McKeown Law Firm in 2007 and practices in the areas of Municipal Law/Prosecution, Collections and  General Litigation.
