Kim M. Kapsos grew up in Mukwonago, Wisconsin and now resides
Plainfield, Illinois. Kim completed her undergraduate degree at the
University of Wisconsin. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology. While working
towards her undergraduate degree, she interned at the Milwaukee County
District Attorney’s Office. In 2002, Kim received her Juris Doctor
from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
Kim’s legal career
started at the Will County Public Defender’s Office. During her two
and a half years at the Public Defender’s Office, she gained
extensive trial experience. Kim joined the McKeown Law Firm in May of
2005. Her practices include Municipal Prosecution, Criminal Defense
and General Litigation.
Aside from being a full
time attorney, Kim teaches part time in the Legal Studies Program at
Northwestern Business College.
